Even though the IIHF (International Ice Hockey Federation) is already informed by our blog, and by formally written complaints, she continues to publish false information’s, issued by the President of Hellenic Ice Sports Federation, Mr. Chatziathanassiou, that the country has one indoor and two open air ice rinks. The truth is that there are no official ice rinks in the country, apart from a 750 m2, open air one, covered by a tent. Does the IIHF consider this size sufficient and adequate for official games to be held?
In case the IIHF knows that there are any ice rinks in Greece, they can give us further advice, so that we can visit them. The ISU (International Skating Union) has been also informed about the situation in Greece, but till now they are completely indifferent! We will continue the struggle to uncover all the frauds and their fellows...
